9. Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. However, in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the applicable event, our company will issue a full refund of the ticket price, excluding any service fees, to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the event's cancellation; no refunds will be processed afterward. Please note, this policy does not apply to events postponed due to weather conditions.
